Common signs you should have your brakes inspected
Grinding Noise
This often indicates your brake pads have worn away completely. As a result, braking power can be greatly reduced even if the brake pedal feels slightly more sensitive than before.
Squeaking or Squealing
A common sign that your brake pads are wearing thin and need replacement is a squeaking noise. In some cases the squeak is harmless and the brakes are still within acceptable range, but it can also indicate pads nearing the end of their life.
Pulling to one side
Uneven brake pad wear or sticking calipers can cause a vehicle to pull to one side, especially while braking.
